Welcome to the Academic Affairs Office for the College & Visual and Performing Arts. CVPA Academic Affairs assists students and faculty with academic policies and procedures outlined in George Mason's University Catalog. Our Senior Associate Dean Linda G. Miller reviews special student academic requests upon recommendation from departments, and is available by appointment to meet with students who are unable to resolve issues at the departmental level.

In response to growing enrollment, CVPA Academic Affairs created a Graduate Studies Office in 2007. The Associate Dean for Graduate Programs, Dr. Victoria N. Salmon, reviews graduate student requests and assists faculty and students with graduate academic policies and procedures.

We are dedicated to creating an academic environment fostering student success, and make our best effort to respond to individual concerns. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
