The impact of the research and creative activity of our CVPA community is vast and faculty are now asked to include documentation of their research and creative activities as part of their annual reports.
Although CVPA research activities do not always resemble the scholarly production by faculty members in other colleges, they are equally significant and each faculty member’s contribution to this impact is important. It is a means to quantify and demonstrate the substantial influence of the arts at Mason. This reveals the great value of the work as contributing to the mission of our Research-1 University.
Faculty activities are listed according to the type, e.g., performances, exhibitions, screenings, publications, commissions, presentations, etc. and includes brief statement of qualitative impact.
