The Minor in Theater does not require audition or interview. Completion of the minor requires 18 credits of Theater courses, 9 of which are prescribed. Required courses include Fundamentals of Production, Acting 2, and Script Analysis. Theater as a minor can enrich a student’s skillset for a variety of career paths.

Minor Requirements (18 credits)
Like all Mason students, Theater Minors have the opportunity to audition for Mason Players productions and work both on- and off-stage. Academic advising is provided to minors by the School of Theater.
