    Elizabeth Hall is an artist, herbalist, and educator who lives with her family in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Elizabeth holds a BA (Painting and Drawing) from Meredith Collage and an MFA (Painting) from East Carolina University.
  • Reid Harward

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Art, CVPA

    Reid Harward is a studio artist and software developer, working with ceramics, print, and digital media. Reid has a BA from Berea College, and a MA from West Virginia University in English Literature, with a focus on text analysis, and epoetry.
  • Rick Heffner

    Assistant Professor, School of Art, CVPA

    Fresh from design school, Rick got his start at one of D.C.’s premier design firms, Supon Design Group. He then moved on to be one of the initial members of the design team for Discovery Communications as Senior Design Manager.

    Jordan has been designing websites and digital experiences since the early days of the World Wide Web. Inspired and excited by the potential for people to connect with each other around the world, Jordan went to work as a web designer helping people realize the potential of the web as a new medium for entertainment, education, and business.

  • Kay Hwang

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Art, CVPA

    Kay Hwang is a multidisciplinary artist who works and lives in Great Falls, VA with her family and a rescued dog, Mr.Kite. Past several year, she has been working mostly on Schematic Drawing series on sheets of Denril exploring the idea of building meditative visual unit through very much ordered & calculated profusion of geometric forms.
  • Sisc Johnson

    Assistant Director of Operations and Business, School of Art, CVPA

    Sisc Johnson joined the staff of the School of Art in 2023 as the Assistant Director of Operations and Business. Sisc graduated from George Mason University with a BFA in Photography.

    Jessica Kallista is an artist working in collage, video, sound, and performance. She is also an educator, curator, and gallerist. She received her MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in poetry from George Mason University in 2002.

    Christopher Kardambikis explores space, process, and form through books, printmaking, and drawing. He has co-founded three artist book and zine projects: Encyclopedia Destructica in Pittsburgh, Gravity and Trajectory in San Diego, and 90 Proof Press in Los Angeles.

    Liz grew up in Arizona but spent most of her summers in England where half of her family resides. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with a special emphasis in Alternative Processes. Her photographic work often focuses on 4×5 film, tintypes, or photogravures.
